A payment network was building a web-based portal to host API specifications and developer resources. Central to this portal was the "Going Live" page; comprehensive documentation explaining how partners should connect to their APIs. It included detailed coverage of security parameters and mechanisms. Prior to migrating to the portal, the complex security content needed to be structured properly.

We have rewritten the API security documentation transforming it into clear guidance that developers could easily use. Ensuring the portal would enable successful API adoption and minimizing implementation barriers.
